I just had my first bad experience with Sweetwater.
Long story short, ordered a bass pedal, something I have no experience with. Put it in my signal chain after the wireless and tuner pedal, simulating my live setup. If I bypassed the pedal sound was as normal and no issues, but if I engaged it I got overdriven/distorted signal no matter what I did to make adjustments. No assistance, no support, only offered a return.
In their defense it was shipped to me and return processed quickly.
I dont get it either. During a pandemic, you have to expect that businesses are not operating on all cylinders. Not sure what the expectations are besides letting you return an item you dont like..?That sounds more like a good experience to me?
