Valve amp problems

Its with my Peavey Classic 30, i know its a guitar amp, please just give me a chance to ask this one tho :p

When i turn it on and play through it there is a low drone-ing sound in the background that gets louder and louder, only way to stop it is switching off the amp

Alot of stuff got moved about yesterday but i was careful as always with it, ill check and see if any of the tubes arent properly seated later on, but am sure they all are

Any suggestions as to what this would be? hopefully a tube problem, pre or power you recon?

Cheers guys

- Will

The V2 pre tube was out of place a little, but pushing it in properly made no difference, im not sure if a tube drives it or not, the question is on the peavey forum atm anyways, cheers :)

I dont think theres a tube specifically for driving it, with the clean channel its the V1 pre tube, V3 pre tube is the driver tube for the power section i think, and changing onto the distortion channel just adds the V2 pre tube into the circuit, i think
