My mother is a vegetarian. She has followed this healthy diet for almost 1 year. She often has a bowl of salad and a cup of soy milk for every dinner.

Tempeh and broccoli stir fry with sesame-chili sauce and brown rice.

Spaghetti and a fresh salad with some cool stuff my wife put in it.
Tiramisu for dessert. No, we're not yet vegan.
