Me too! Great bass and synth tones, and killer playing by the whole band. That Hofner really shone on Melting of the Sun.
Wanted to break my Talkbass silence by saying, that Hofner club tone is awesome.
Thanks y'all that was fun. Then I was immediately frozen, freighted back to LA, put back in my studio, and thawed out in front of Pro Tools. :/ Good to get a respite and play again.
I spent all of Sunday morning going back and forth between the recorded versions and SNL live versions.
It really was phenomenal. My little music circle was buzzing.

Wow, just saw that...St. Vincent really crushes, and the band was excellent, especially you. However, who's the keyboard player? She was so excellent.
I think that was Rachel Eckroth? She’s a fine solo artist in her own right and is Tim LeFebvre’s wife.

How much fun was it to play with Mark? I saw him play his BeatMusic gig in LA a couple years ago. Phenomenal drummer. You guys made a killer rhythm section!
