Check out this odd Mk1, only one pickup, a plate under the control knobs, and it looks like the bridge is all chrome? Plus that finish is unlike any Wal I've seen. It has the two string retainers so I assume it's mid 80's to early 90's?

Another 5er Mk II on sale across the pond at basschat.
I like the Hiscox/Wal case, but between the case price and shipping it cost about $450.
You can get an identical non Wal branded Hiscox case on this side of the pond for about $240, model number if I remember correctly is Pro-II-EBS.
