Wal Bass Club.

While we're on the topic of tuners, does anyone know if you can get the M4S with an Drop D tuner key?

I just bought it last week ;

They are called Hipshot EB4.

This seller is selling one with a wrong description. He is calling it Grover Titan D tuner, this is not true. It is a M4S D tuner .

looks like I'll be temporarily Wal-less. I bought the mkI to keep me company till mine is done, but a fellow from TN is wanting to work out a deal on mine. he's been looking for a while and I know how it feels to search for one of these things. hopefully he'll join in the discussion here.

Anyone have any suggestions for strap locks for the Mk 2? I'm not a big fan of the idea of having to use different screws and possibly messing up the wood.

Anyone use strap locks with their wal. Any problems.

Yep. I have put Dunlops on every instrument. Even the Wals. The screws are not a perfect fit, and I did need to slightly drill the holes on the MkII four string because the stock strap pin screws are much shorter than the Dunlops.

I think Dunlops can be considered the only "Upgrade" you can put on a Wal... :ninja:

Have 'we' not taught you anything?! :eyebrow:
Horde...horde all you can! :ninja: :hiding:

Agree'd!! Forget being logical!! Wals ain't "The Highlander" here....... There can NEVER be only one!!!!!

I got dunlops on all my basses as well.....told myself I'd swap swaps and such and cut down on straps....but i just found i got a strap for each bass :confused::confused:
