That's hot! Love the finish. Did you do that yourself? And nice job on the weight! I tried to be lightweight but ended up at 8.5 lbs. Sub-7 lbs is phenomenal. Guess I'll have to try again!

Thanks man , yup I did the finish with Behlen Nitro rattle cans . The body is Sugar Pine and is pretty light . I did weigh it before

I actually added a lot of weight to keep it balanced . the bridge, knobs , and a very thick neck plate from Glendale guitars . It worked . it's balanced perfectly and still very light . The massive bridge sounds killer too . The bass sounds very healthy .

The last 34" I built went really well too , with Gotoh Resolites kept the dive to a minimum . Also , amazing sounding bass .

Have not posted this gem for a while. It is the prototype for Warmoth G5 body and Neck. Solid 1 piece Mahogany body and a maple neck. The body was used as the picture for G5 for quite some time.

This bass is a beast , everything a P should be . I hit it with some 0000 steel wool for a nice satin look

it's has a 34" Warhead too

Fretno (and RedHotFuzz) what's your take on the 30" Warhead neck? specifically the back contour? Is it a nice hand filling round back?

I have the standard 34" and I have 3 x med scale 32" but no 30" The 32's are all the same . I like it alot it's stout but really nicely shaped . Hard to describe but maybe a medium D shape . That 34" is their standard shape which is different but also pretty sweet .
