Warmoth Owners Club!!

Just got this last week, my first Warmoth! I was a bit worried since i typically only play 5'ers, and usually lined fretless necks, but geeeeeeze this is NICE! I'm now thinking the 4 is a better option for me with the unlined board, less to worry about, although it plays so easy that intonation isn't really much of a problem. Wenge neck, ebony board, chambered flame maple body, fender CS p'ups, hipshot hardware. This ones staying in the stable, she plays and sounds as good as she looks!

Good eye! same here, it bugged me as well, so she's nekkid now! :hiding: Took the guard off and let all her tiger flamed hotness show through! ;)

BTW, didn't order this from Warmoth, picked her up here on TB,...one of the better buys I've made here in a while! :bassist:

I've been agonizing over my neck wood choice for a while now, I can't figure out if I want to stick with my standard finished maple, or move over to a raw wenge neck. Considering my disposable income looks nonexistent for a while, it's not a real big thing, but when I do get it, I'd like to make the right choice. Do you think you could fairly compare/contrast the two types for me?
