Can you guys do the short scale J Bass neck (with Warhead) with a squared heel, like a Tele Bass ? If so, would it cost extra ?

Sorry, no squared heel option. No programming or tooling is set up to support that option.
Sorry, missed the question.
Short answer: It depends.
Top rout with pickguard and control plate: NO. There's not enough room for the P pickup and control plate.
Rear rout: P+J works as long as you omit the first control hole. Otherwise, the control hole is too close to the P pickup.

Maybe I missed it, but are there dimensions for the 30 inch neck somewhere? I'm interested in the length from the nut to the end of the fretboard/heal so I can determine whereabouts the bridge would go on a costume body I have here.

a typo, of course. CUSTOM body. It's actually a jaguar guitar body a friend of mine made and I've been debating if I should make it into a guitar or shorty bass.
Curious how the tension is on the E string with anyone who has finished a build. I would like to build one with the Gotoh 201 and the UL Tuners and string it up with Chromes.
That's my setup and I have no problem with the tension on the E string. Be aware that the Chromes are only available in the 100 set for shortscale.
Sorry, I don't have any neck dims available. We're still working on the pages. We just finished up several new guitar options and are working on the SS stuff.
FYI: Anyone in the SeaTac area wanting to try out a shortscale. Warmoth will be at the Seattle Tacoma Guitar Show next month. (www.seatacguitarshow.com) My hope is to have at least one bass there for people to try out. We'll have standard and slim taper necks to compare too. If you're in the area, put it on your calendar!
The parts are definitely selling on the Warmoth Showcase. It'd be great to hear from some TB'ers who've built up a 30" or 32" Warmoth bass, and we want to see pictures!
Yeah, I think so far we've heard from one person who actually has one of these things.
I used a Warmoth shortscale neck on one of my EUB prototypes but I don't have any pix.
Got this a couple of weeks ago--32" scale. The body is still unfinished and I have not decided on pickups yet, but as I was drilling the holes for the straplocks I said what the heck I need to see what this thing is going to look like how and how it is going to feel. The dunlop dual-design straplocks put the strap at the bottom of the 13th fret, so I don't think neck dive will be an issue. Although without pickups, bridge, or controls it definitely dives! 
It feels really comfortable, I have never been comfortable with 34".
Just as a warning, this body does not come with a truss rod access slot. I assumed it would, because I do not have a router, have never used one, and don't plan on buying one. Luckily a co-worker of mine has offered to do it for me, but he needs to do some stuff around his shop first so finishing will have to wait until then.
