Warning: Do not buy a Fender Rumble 350

I have sold many of these amps and never had any returns from people who knew what they were doing. Yes if you put too much guitar/pedal gain into the amp you can blow the speakers but the amp has a fairly good internal limiter in place to try prevent this kind of thing under normal circumstances.

I blew the 15 in my SWR WM15 learning how NOT to eq my bass and I never blamed that on the manufacturer...

After a couple of bad ones, maybe you should have tried something else.

When I melted the speaker coils in my GB 212 Neo I didn't blame GB. I blame myself for cranking the amp up too loud with the gain boost engaged. I fixed it and control my volume better now. OP obviously misused the amp. I guess I should have blasted GB though right?

I have been using a rumble 150 head for a couple of years, no problems at all. For the most part, users of rumble amps dont have any more problems than users of other manufacturers?

Maybe he got a lemon or maybe he misused it... If hundreds of them were doing the same thing then there probably would have been a recall

You may have had a lemon. I have a two-year-old Rumble that works great, sounds great. No problems. Zero. Wish I could say the same for my Mesa M-Pulse, which was in and out of the shop for two years. Let's try not to tar an entire brand or model because of one defective part to one amp.

I've had mine on 10 with a phone in the RCA at full volume quite a few times and have never had a problem... I wonder if it isn't the amp itself. It shouldn't be able to blow the speakers. I won't have to even think about it after tomorrow. Putting in Eminence S2010's which are twice the power handling and like 4 db louder!

I only hope the 2010s will work in the cabinet section of the combo. They well could be a downgrade.

The dimensions of the cabinet match the specs from Eminence's website. What downsides do you foresee?

I don't know that 2010 are all that great at loud bass. Power handling limit in the extreme is usually about the excursion, not the melting point. Where did you get specs on the oem 10's?

I don't have any specs on the OEM ones. I'll mic it tomorrow and maybe capture the signal from Pro Tools. I'll use my phone's music as the source. Sound good?

Oh I am just guessing on the 4 DB louder just considering that these neo ones are 4 DB louder than all other Eminence 10s...
