that fretboard is unreal!!

Definitely has more character than the ebony board on the thumb 5 I had. On the 5 the entire fingerboard was totally black.

Love it, I think Warwick's are beautiful basses. Regretfully sold my FNA Jazzman 5 about five years ago and still miss it.

the FNA jazz is a beast of a bass. My Partner owns a 2004 4 string model. such a good instrument.

I sold it to a friend who decided to try playing bass and he loves it. For me, it was simply an ergonomic issue. Something about it just didn't quite fit "me" and when I just stopped playing it because I was tired of fighting it to try learning to love it, I decided I had to let it go. But the sound, the looks, the versatility ... wow. Yeah, a beast of a bass.

Hasn't stopped me from wanting to try one again someday, though.

I had an all original 88 thumb 5 with EMG`s and it slayed my MEC equipped wicks.

Breathtaking. A great limited addition to one of the most unique looking and sound basses out there. I've loved the thumb bass ever since I saw a brochure for it many years ago.
Congrats man!

so i got my LTD bass finally and, i can say, i definitely will not sell it (i was considering it). It sounds at least 10x better than my current custom shop thumb, all the on-board eq is useable, the EMG's are so impressive, neck is SKINNY, the arch is so much more intense than a regular thumb.

all in all, blown away by it. not super pretty, it is unbelievably good sounding and playing though.
