Warwick or Pedulla?

I've been saving up for a while, and I've decided to go ahead and buy a 5 string bass, and my price range is around 1400 to 1700, and I've narrowed it down to a few basses:
1. Warwick Katana NT 5 string-Swamp ash back with flame maple top, ebony fretboard.
2. Pedulla Rapture-Soft maple body with maple neck and fretboard.

I really dig the tone and feel of the Pedulla, and it's small, light, and easy to play with my smaller hands, but the Warwick has that ridiculous shape that just appeals to my odd taste, plus I can coax some great tones out of it, and seems to be more durable.

I just want people's opinions on which they prefer (Not that 'just get what feels/sounds right' stuff I hear all the time).

Runner ups include:

RU1: MM Stingray 5
RU2: Tobias Growler 5

Gracias.

This is a pretty interesting set of choices because, feel wise, Pedulla could not be further away from Warwick. I love slim neck profiles, and Pedulla has the thinnest I've ever played. It was real difficult for me to walk out without a Rapture 5 the first time I played one. On the other hand, I can't stand the feel of Warwick necks. If you like thin necks, and I suspect you would with small hands, Pedulla is definitely the way to go in all 4 of your choices.

I've owned a couple Warwicks (thumb 5 and Jazz streamer 5) and 4 Pedulla's (3 MVP 5's and 1 Thunderbass),

IMO the Pedulla's play better and are capable of obtaining more useful tones.

The Warwicks do have that great signature tone but IMO it's a bit more of a one trick pony. Plus I've found the Warwicks neck a bit chunky.

One thing that they do have in common though is a terrible resale value. Whichever you go with, purchase used!
