"The Mergatroid" was my old band. I sometimes think it was the reason why we never made it, even though we made a video with Barry Cryer.

also, I think we did something like Totalitarian Monks once.

I was in a band called flying horse monkey for awhile, as you can probably imagine it was...interesting...
I spent years in a band called "The Liberal Materialists". We even had a saying..."Save the world, but not with our money."

I played for The Language of Flowers for a while.
I was once offered the bass role in a new band called My Dead Girlfriend.
I don't think they ever even rehearsed but it was a great name.

I was in a band called Some...I think the guitarist and drummer were high when they came up with it.
When I asked for an explanation this is what I got:
Guy#1: "What are you listening to?"
Guy#2: "Some."
Guy#1: "Some what?"
Guy#2: "Some."
Ha! My girlfriends band is called What?!
