Hey,
So I need some advice for my bro
The band is giving him alot of grief and winding him up
Heres a run down of the sort of stuff they where doing (he plays harmonica and sax btw.) :
1)He was playin his harp and the band leader came up behind him and pulled down his trousers and when he turned around the guys ass way in his face.

2)They where laughing at him and taking the piss and calling him gay and that sort of ****.

3)They know he hates them playing his harps incase they damaged them. They were constantly picking up his harps today and playing them and running around with them and the bandleader started to pretend to wipe his ass with it.

4) The drummer asked where the sound man was when my bro finished recording his part and he said that the soundman was at the bathroom then he started having a go at why he was taking so long to record his track(he took half an hour :L)

right bow there recording an ep to send out to radio stations.
What should he do?

Question... how was the bandleader able to get his ass so high to be in your bro's face?

Is this a band of 13 year olds?

Again, 13 year olds? He probably should not have all his harps out where they can get to them.

4) The drummer asked where the sound man was when my bro finished recording his part and he said that the soundman was at the bathroom then he started having a go at why he was taking so long to record his track(he took half an hour :L)

A half hour is not long at all to record a track. Id question why the others did not take a long and wonder if their parts came out well.

What should he do?

Not play with 13 year olds.

He should throw a shot of really high proof spirits on the next guy to mess with him and set his ass on fire right at the bar.

He may end up going away for a short time, but i'll bet they don't play around with him in the future.

3)They know he hates them playing his harps incase they damaged them. They were constantly...picking up his harps today and playing them...

How about them passing on their germs and crap to him? Same as if he tongue kissed them...

+1 on leaving just for that reason alone. Especially if "they know" not to touch his harps.

Has this been happening for awhile? If not, what's changed? If so, he should not put up with this emotional crap being flinged at him.

I'd have left a long time ago. I'm all for picking at friends and screwing around in good fun but there's a difference between poking fun and disrespect. Seems like that line has been obliterated. I'd leave and not look back!

This isnt a troll.
If you don't have and advice dont try to be a sarcastic know it all.

My advice was hidden in the first sentence. They are kids acting like kids. As his bro, what was your advice? Did you really need to come here to ask for next steps? Where are your or his parents? Where was the sound engineer? This is not band management but a discipline thing. Does he do anything similar when the others are playing or is he the victim all the time?

If everyone is picking on him, which to be honest is bullying, you need to tell him to leave, you need to warn parents and other people of authority in school. If it happens in the studio, it likely happens in school. It could escalate.

My personal advice would be to beat the **** out of whoever has been pushing him around. Break a guitar neck.
