"Oh Darlin' " has some nice walking lines. I dig "I Want You (She's so Heavy)" too.
The bass line from the anthology version of She Came In Through the Bathroom Window is easy and awesome.
I just joined today, happened to see this thread first.
Very interesting as most what I enjoy playing is Beatles.
Although we cover all the other British Invasion Groups as well.
This looks to be a very well informed forum with a lot of talent !

Your best bet is to buy a copy of "The Beatles Complete Scores" book.
Has every song recorded by them including all the bass tabs.
Although its not 100% correct on a lot of songs, it will give you a good idea where to start.
Although I am "Old School" by playing along with all their LP's and listening to Paul's notes, the Scores Book is an asset.
