Double Bass What are those notes?

I have really thick ears.

My band is playing Minor Swing but I can't figure the bass notes that appear at the conclusion the song.

They are at the 3:00 minute point on this recording

I kept trying a descending scale and it didn't sound right.

What about the intro bass lick at 00:17 ?

Do you know what that is? I can kind of fake it but It still doesn't sound quite right.
