I loved it, but the movie was atrocious.

Not reading anything at the moment, anyone have a good suggestion on some light vacation reading? Even better if it'll be good pool/beachside in Hawaii.

just finished Empire of Lies by Klavan, it was ok, the story was well paced, but was a bit simplistic.

Quite good. His writing style is excellent.

I finished that a couple of weeks ago and I agree, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Also finished book two in Guillermo del Toro's Strain Trilogy, and I'm reading The Insufferable Gaucho by Roberto Bolano.
