What are your favorite YouTube channels?

I wouldn’t say necessarily a channel, but whenever I see Jay (Leno) On The Street or Jay Walking, or any of the Battle of the Jay All-Stars videos, I can’t resist. :roflmao: :roflmao:
Bro, those bits are classic good stuff. I stop and watch them too. I don't go looking for them, but rather enjoy figuring out the algorithm I have to follow where YouTube will present them to me. Then, I feel like I won the Internet by getting YouTube to show me what I didn't ask for but wanted to see.

Rick Beato is the only guy I watch consistently.
Used to watch HaVIC5 Adam Neely a lot - not in a long time now.
I pretty much flit around watching music documentaries or to learn songs for my cover band.

As a doctor, these two channels have the best research basis, really easy to watch/ understand for the average Joe, and concise.
(These two channels keep me up to date for my patients. So just go to my source).

Weight loss, fasting, metabolic health/ insulin resistance.He’s successfully lost a heap of weight and kept it off for years (a decade?).


Everything exercise, fitness and health. He has an PhD, a natural communicator, and also critiques other people’s content with a great sense of humour.
(The YouTube channel is free & has heaps of content - 3,544 videos and 1.9 billion views).
