What are your other obsessions?

I should have mentioned bourbon too. Don't have any photos, but I've got about 50 bottles, including many hard to find (at least here in VA) bottles. I am jealous of the Pappy, as that is lottery only here in VA and I haven't managed to get any yet.
My wife was able to surprise me 3 years in a row w/ a bottle of Pappy. I bought a ticket for this lottery but didn't win.:banghead: Btw, the PVW 15 yo is without doubt the best I've ever tasted. Much better than the 20 yo, which is spicy in comparison. Never had the 23 yo.

Right now, I'm obsessed with our new car, a 2024 BMW i4 xDrive40, which is full EV. It's a new world, and I'm loving it so far. I've been a car guy almost my entire life, and this one is flat-out amazing.

Others: baseball (go Phils!); politics/law; watches (somewhat silly, but fun); sci-fi (but haven't read much lately); and Eagles football. I'm also interested in photography, scuba diving, history (especially WWII), volcanoes, and a few other things, but I don't count them as obsessions.

I dabble in a few things like collecting vinyl and grapic novels/comics once in a while. I'm a big music and movie buff. Actually, all entertainment I'm into. I also collect a lot of books to fill our library at home.

I'm a pretty avid gamer aside from that, and to try and stay "relatively" fit, I go to the gym 4 days a week. Or, I try to. Finally, I love dogs. We have a husky and a pitsky. I walk them a mile a couple times a day, which is good for them and good for me since I sit on my ass working at a computer all day. :)

Motorcycles - track days (see avatar) and street riding
Hockey - watching (Go Blues!), playing, coaching my kids' teams
Snowboarding - Only get to do it one week a year, but love it
Also, IPAs. Any time I'm in a different city and driving (hockey tournaments, vacations), I buy a bunch of local IPAs I've never heard of to bring back and try.

Music (bass, sax, some keys)
Dogs (I'm a fan of Rough Collies, i.e, Lassie)
Motorcycles since 6th grade, except I moved to three wheels a couple years ago due to age/health. Pics of my last rebuild that started as a basket case. Sat in a shed untouched for decades.

The before and after pics are shockingly impressive ! Tremendous work !
I’m really not a bike fan but a friend of mine built a cafe racer out of a Honda Goodwin from the 70's and the result is very bad ass !

What speakers should I install in my '24 Subaru Crosstrek? It's in desperate need of an upgrade, the stock system suuucks.

yeah, most stock systems do

Any entry-level (or higher) speakers from JBL, Infinity, Polk Audio, Morel, Focal, or JL Audio (off the top of my head) would surely make things sound better. Crutchfield is a great source - they'll tell you exactly what fits based on which factory system you have, offer the accessories needed to install everything and also give you vehicle-specific instructions.

Outboard amplification would make an even bigger impact on your system, and the addition of a DSP would make the biggest. But that's a rabbit hole that knows no end, financially or logistically LOL.

Sound deadening will also increase your system's efficiency by default by lowering road noise and vibration.
