What bass/basses will you be gigging this weekend?

I played a gig last night on this one that I built myself. Since this photo I've added a series/parallel switch. It sounds great and the neck - a cheap chinese one that was unusable until I had the heel planed flat - is a delight to play. I'm very happy with it. It's my second attempt to build to my own specs.

sadly, none. I had surgery a week ago (nothing earth shattering) and recovery will keep me off the stand for another week.

Gigs and a few scheduled sessions start back up in Nov and I'll definitely be using my Lull M4V. I'll also get to crack out the URB on a Celtic-ish session just before Thanksgiving, so that'll be cool.

Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Wow I wasn't expecting that lol. Usually people focus on the basses. So yes there is a loft upstairs that overlooks the living room and dining room. It's not a dog statue, it's supposed to be a Cheetah. IDK if the plant is the same one we still have and IDK if the pot was thrown away. It's a pretty old picture.
I did focus on the bass, as soon as I read the model. Usually bass photos have less curious background details. Usually people are not interested in that bass because of the warlock/harpoon motif, (although being near Halloween it's more appropriate), but you aren't afraid. I applaud that. They have great tone. May you run as fast as the elegant cheetah.

I think I'll bring my Schecter Raiden Special-4 to church on Sunday. Passive, V/V/T with a push-pull tone pot for switching humbucker or single coils. I run it in humbucker mode all the time because it's kind of noisy otherwise. Currently strung BEAD with Ernie Ball Coated Slinkys. This bass plays great.

Those DCs are great basses.

I've become a shortscale guy over the years. Started when I picked up a Dano Longhorn close to 25 years ago.
Tomorrow night I'll be mostly using a UniVox HiFlier Mosrite copy as the main one , but I'll also bring the Longhorn and use it for some tunes.
