What bass do you plan to get next?

I have a 55-02 coming down the pipe -- which, incidentally, is EXACTLY like the one that Basspraiser has coming -- so I guess that's technically my next bass.

What I'd like to get next is an Eden 210 (either the D210XLT or the XST, though I haven't messed about with an XST yet, so I don't know what the diff is -- aside from weight) and an Ampeg SVT 3 Pro. Because I recently played my axe through that setup and it sounded simply amazing. I'm thinking of going 'pre-loved' on those, simply because I'm not gigging enough at the moment to finance them any other way.

Aside from that, I've been jonesing for a 4-string Jazz bass lately. Maybe another Lakland? I don't know, really. And I've probably got a couple of years to think about it, because it's gonna take me a year to get cash together for that amp and cab I mentioned.

And I'd kind of like to buy back my old Gibson Thunderbird, too...

I always loved the Electra and other Matsumoku factory basses back in the day :) I went a little crazy on Ebay over the past week and actually have 3 Electra's on the way :help:

Here is one of them:

I just got back into playing bass late last year after a 15 year absence (marrage, kids, etc. not incarceration!) and have dropped absolutely pantloads of cash in the last 6 months or so.:bawl: I have 5 basses now and really don't NEED anything else.:hmm:

Having said that, a Bongo 6 string in the summer would likely be my next and FINAL purchase. If not that, likely an older Fender Jazz MIA from eBay or Craigslist.

Dingwall Artist Prima. I'm spoiled for life and I would like to try that recipie with my thoughts of ingredients used. When thte bass start materializing I will post more. 2 years is a long time (not really, but we always have to nag about sth ;-) ) but I've got some great basses to keep me company
