I'm too GASsy to pick a specific instrument and effects pedal maker but as for anything else, Ampeg and DR Strings are probably the only two brands I've exclusively stuck with for a really long time so far.

"All" my loyalty is a pretty powerful wording when there are so many choices out there and so many good brands get bought out.
Laklands for basses. They just have the most comfortable necks that I’ve played thus far, and phenomenal instruments for the price you pay. Currently:
- Skyline 55-AJ
- Skyline 55-64 LOG
- Skyline 44-64
For pedals, Broughton. Like many I stumbled upon them but they are just exceptional quality. Though I do have a few others I really like as well. The tone hammer would likely be my desert island pedal.
My Markbass LMII and 4x10 have been serving me well since I bought them like 11 or 12 years ago. I’ve beat the crap out of that setup and they are still kicking, granted they are original Italian production. I hardly use an amp anymore though.

Would be interested in that after the gigs start again and I get some "music money" coming in. I tried a regular Fender Jazz 5-string back around 2006 or 2007 and it had a nice narrow shape but the radius was way too flat and the edges were sharp. I'd be interested in checking out one of the Elites.
I'm too new at this to have formed strong enough opinions on anything to get to something resembling "all" my loyalty—I'm still in the "trying different stuff to figure out what I like" phase.
Currently own four basses from four different brands: Epiphone, Ibanez, Sire, Yamaha. So far like the Sire and the Yamaha best; I can easily see owning another Sire. Would like to own a Stingray of some flavor at some point (probably a Ray34) and there are other brands have some appeal that I'd kind of like to try that are hard to find in shops (G&L, Sandberg). Have tried several Fenders in shops... seem pretty expensive for what you get and pretty wild quality differences from item to item even within price bands, but maybe that's just me.
Currently own 10 pedals from 7 different brands. Haven't settled on anything there, either, but I do particularly like the 2 EHXs and would certainly be happy to have more Darkglass. Would like to try a C4, so there's another brand.
Strings are another thing I'd like to explore but haven't really done much there yet—pretty much everything is D'Addario rounds so far and I have no complaints, but not much idea what I'm missing.

I'm more of a fan of "eras", as opposed to just brands.

I own some great Fenders, but honestly, I had to go through several to find the best ones.
On the other hand, I've always had consistently great quality, workmanship, and service from Sadowsky and FBass.
Most recently I'm impressed with the quality parts and workmanship - and unique vintage/modern styling - of Serek basses.

yeah i'm not super impressed by the passive fender 5's or any passive 5. the elite is a better bass than the moollon/sadowsky it replaced.
My gear is all over the place but the one brand I've had the most pieces from consistently at one time would be Xotic (for bass and guitar effects).
I am quite surprised by only 3 votes for MTD, but I have only read 258 responses..
