What color pickguard for a Sonic blue jazz?

Hey guys

So I am refinishing a Fender Jazz bass with a rosewood board in Sonic blue. What color pickguard would you go with?

Mint green, white, pearloid white, tortoise, black, other?

If by 'mint green' you mean that tinted off-white classic laminate PG, than yeah, that one.

Yes - by mint green - I mean the off white that a white would age to after eons.

I would go with white /pearloid or mint with sonic blue. I don't really care for pearloid, but that is just me. But, if you play flats, only tort will do. That is a TB rule.

Pearloid or black are the only real options IMHO. Tort on blue is the ugliest color combo possible.

Black abalone or black are good choices with rosewood. With a maple fingerboard I would go with a lighter pickguard like a pearloid or mint.

From the list: Pearloid white, although I 'd go with aged pearl. (Mint green is also a good choice though).
