No, they're not fine. They're terrible. TNCreature nailed it: Those pics belong in an exhibit with the Bigfoot and Loch Ness Monster photos and maybe some Area 51 pie tins blowing through the air.

Yes. I too think the extra handles are the head rest brackets for the seats.
My vote is for the small 212 cab.
Many people like them for guitar.
At low power it can be at least marginal for bass.
I think the difference between the Bandmaster and Bassman cabs was the
spacing of the head hold down nuts.
The Bandmaster was wider.
In those days Fender wasn't all that picky about speakers.
I expect that Leo's prime concern was how cheap could he get them,
if he bought 10,000 at a time.
If you wanted good, then order the optional JBLs.
Depending on the year and what was in the warehouse that day, it might have started with
Jensen, Utah, Oxford, Rola or the optional JBLs.
The only time there was any distinction about bass speakers was when someone ordered D140s.
As to value, it can run anywhere from the collector grade $500+ to the
'please get this thing out of my way' freebies.
I think the coolest use of one was a Bandmaster cab loaded with EVM12Ls with added casters.
Since the Bandmaster head is the same width as a Dual Showman it was no issue at all
the screw a blackface Dual Showman on top.
Kind of like a vintage, closed back Twin Reverb.
So, yes it has value as a guitar cab.

I, still, see this as a 2-12 cab with one handle on it, Yes, I have super powers.Until proven otherwise.

Note the single handle at the top center of the cab; what looks, to some, as two other handles, I believe to be supports for the rear seat headrests.

I think it's hilarious how many people here "need" to know why you bought this in order to help you identify it. If I went to a Chevy forum and said hey guys, I bought this truck but I'm having trouble dating it, no one would need to know the reason I bought the truck to figure out how old it was. Hope you come back with more info.
I was comparing photos of a 2-12 cab and a 2-15 cab. The Fender logo looks too big in relation to the cabinet dimensions and speaker cutouts on the baffle board to be a 2-15.Yep. @Dana R Gregory nailed it.

Now, don't go saying that the logo looks bigger as it is a bit out of focus; everything on that plane has the same CoC so everything still relates size-wise.
hey guys, they reeeeeeealy look like 15"s to me, but i've heard of twelves with so called "tone rings". wondering if that's what makes them look larger than 12"s,.. are we on track?

I would be surprised if she comes back given the thorough public shaming she received for asking us to view her pictures that were less than perfect.
From my view, you'd have to be Stevie Wonder to not easily recognize that cab from the pics as a Bassman or Bandmaster. Even if the pics were crystal clear, we still wouldn't be able to tell if it was a Bassman versus a Bandmaster without opening up the back of the cab and looking at the speakers, so from my perspective, the slight blurriness of the pics is completely irrelevant.

All of the low hanging fruit has been picked. Besides, the OP is probably puzzled by our passive aggressive lovefest- at least mine.
Truth: those cabs were designed for bass, but actually sound just as good, if not better in a guitar rig. That's why most people want to know "why you bought it" -Not to try to figure out your decision making process.
I picked a bad week to stop taking my medication.
