White, bird"poop" is actually urine
Birds don't have urinary bladders because after 6 brewhahas they would be unable to fly if they didn't pee it out due to the liquid weight, so, they expel urine as uric acid, which does not combine well with water, which makes it hard to remove

Before I wash my car I hit any bird "urine" a couple of times with hot water from a spray bottle to rehydrate them. Most all come off without rubbing during the wash so no swirls created trying to rub them off.
