Basshole summed it up right from the get go.

Everything these days is a disease. Why? So the chemical companies can sell you some drugs to cure it. Of course, that'll probably give you another "disease" that you'll need to take another drug for, but hey, popping pills can be fun!!!

Dude, anybody with a girlfriend who looks like that could NEVER be Nerd Lord of anything! :D

I got about 4 or so different articles in pdf from some journals. I didn't read them, but I glanced through the abstracts. If anyone is curious let me know as I can't cut and paste in a "reply" and I can't link you to them since you need a password.

Wow, thanks! (she was quite flattered, too, BTW)

Funny thing is, we both took an "are you a nerd?" test online just last week. I got a 24 (not very nerdy)...and she scored an 85...HAHAHAHA...so while I may not be king of the nerds, my GF is apparently a high priestess.

She's in Brazil as we speak, and we video conference every day via MSN messenger (sucks). I hope to finally go see her again this weekend, if all goes well (it's been months). I coming armed with a rock (of the diamond variety). Not letting this one get away. :D

Come to think of it, my wife probably wouln't appreciate that very much -- Damn! ANOTHER Nerd High Priestess slips through my fingers! :p
