I made my online name from the fact that I play two Warwick Corvette 5-String basses (one fretted, one fretless), and I also drive a Corvette... that one has 4-strings.... I mean 4 wheels.joeyl said:

I've got a blue Vauxhall Corsa. Bass gear fits just nicely in it.

Here's another shot of my 2006 Smart forfour. It was discontinued in June. Apparently, Smart can't sell them for enough to recoup costs.
Engineered by Mercedes. Mine has the 1.0 litre, 64 hp, 3 cylinder engine. It screams like an old Fiat and corners on rails. I can put 4 six footers in it with knee room to spare in the back seat.
Two weeks ago, driving home from a gig, I carried my SWR basic 2-way cab, a wedge monitor, pedal board case, amp head case, mic stand, 2 basses, a power real, a pull along suit case with cables, mics, etc. And...a passenger in the back seat and one in the front.
It is a deceptively roomy car. The top of the line BRABUS model has a 177hp 1.5 litre turbo, and does 0-60 in 6.8 seconds.
Funky cars that make parking in Europe a cinch, gives me 60 mpg, and carriers all my gear. Without a passenger in the back, I can carry an addition two light bars with light stands in the back along.

I drive a silver New Beetle Turbo. I have no idea how I'm going to get my cab to gigs. My bass just fits in the back seat!

).
Now I have an 02 GTI for my German Car Fix, and it's a pretty dang good gear hauler as well. An 05 Jetta for the mrs. One day, I will get back into an Audi S something.
Most recently, been jonesing for a 90 Audi CQ. Cool cars.
