The Backline 600 is a solid amp. It's particularly good in that price range.

$200 plus shipping is an ok deal, but nothing to write home about. These amps sell for about $300 new.

thanks for replying. i'm running low on cash, but at the time i don't even have a bass amp. so this might be the one.

I picked up one from my local pawn shop for $175 out the door. i really really like it. Good tone, a good amount of power.

I liked the tone coming out of it. but it clipped way to easily with my active basses even with the pad on. I ended up going through 2 of them before I moved on from the backline series. even though it had the power it didn't seem to move the 210 and 115 i had hooked up to it.

daddys, as far as i know, specialized in used/broken equipment. id be quite sure i was getting a working amp first.
