What Do You Put In/On Your Pancakes?

In: Chocolate chips/Vanilla
On: Ice cream, lemon & sugar, syrup and/or cream, chocolate topping, berries with cream, custard and anything else that is generally accessable.
I also agree with the 'More pancakes' sentiment.

peanut butter, butter and maple syrup. Give me some good quality bacon on the side and I'm a happy man
Well done Crusty Chef...sometimes I do banana slices too, I have not had panckaes for a few years but when I do bacon, pb. maple suyrup, banana slices, three cakes, and a cup of black coffee.
The holy trinity of pancake toppings:
Golden Syrup

Lemon Juice
Then again what I think of as a pancake probably isn't quite what all you American's think, ours are more like a crêpe.

I could see sugar/lemon icing on a cake but not on my breakfast. Flapjacks,maple syrup,bacon,sausage and coffee is all I need.I think crêpes have more eggs or something
