Not "on", but "in". It's a requirement for my Bloody Mary. Clamato, the who's your sister sauce, tabasco, and horseradish makes for the perfect base, IMHO.

Yeah, real wasabi is pretty rare and markedly different in flavor. I wouldn't want real wasabi in my bloodys. Lol
I used to really try hard on my bloodies but now I just throw in whatever sauces to V8 and some fruit, lately olives and jalapenos and pickles. - t'killya can be a nice variation, as can gin.

I've always used it in egg salad and deviled eggs, but never occurred to use it on other egg based dishes. Glad I dropped in.
Isn't that why it's called Southern Comfort?
