depends on the bands...

jazz trios more than likely everyone is wearing all black..

but with my psychedelic funk rock trio, anything is fair game. from my dashiki and (removable!) gold tooth, to a full out bootsy getup, to tshirts and jeans.

but i can still write off these antics as "im young and stupid."

I wear a pair of warehouse grade jeans, with a healthy amount of holes, and a little dirt from work a couple hours before usually. Plus a cool looking hat (cheapo fedora-esque), an (un)buttoned blouse (context sensitive), and a pair of steel toed boots.

Last gig I played, I had a brown Thundercats T-shirt, khaki shorts, and some old running shoes.

Most gigs it's Black Tshirt, Blue Jeans, and Black Shoes. We play at an Irish Bar 2x a month, so we will go with Green Shirts when we play there. For NYE we usually do the "Blues Brothers" thing. Black Suits, White Shirt, Black Tie, Black Hats, Sunglasses, White Soxs (very important).

Halloween... all bets are off!!

Dickies and a T shirt, usually black or gray. Sometimes I'll wear a nice button down shirt at church but I'm a dirt bag so I like navy blue Dickies and T shirts mostly.
