I'm really GASing for a Precision bass to go along with my Jazz. I love my Jazz but I also want a bass that can give me more mids than my Jazz does. I'll get one in February

Bad G.A.S. from this, so much so that I bought it within a few hours of it being posted for sale on TB!

Exactly. Thats why Mike Lulls, Sadowskys and such look nice, but they arent the cheapest things in the world. I wouldnt mind a single coil at the bridge or an actual MM pickup, but not the dual J thing they have in the AM DLX's.
The fretless / headless SEI Flambouyent 6 on eBay yesterday. I was the 2nd highest bidder at least. 
The worn-in P-Bass in the beat-up bass thread. That thing is just beautiful and I bet it sounds like sex on a feather bed in heaven.
I really want it. But... another 6 string just doesn't work, especially when all the money I have is going to a car.
I'm not gassing for one of these, but I am buying a very good friend of mine one for a graduation/Christmas present. Either the black or purple one. Shes excited bout it, so Im kinda gassing vicariously. LOL

I'm pretty much GAS free but the Ltd Ed 2006 HS Black and Gold Stingray 5 got me salivating. I was all set up ready to buy one fretted and one fretless when they ran out and refused to make any more. Shame, I was going to stick a status graphite neck on each too.
I'm looking at Sandberg Basic JM's now instead - no graphite neck possible but they'll be slightly more versatile.
