Why not just buy another MM pu-ed bass then add a D-Tuner?
I gotta admit, the Roscoe Beck is one helluva sweet looking thang!

Because the Roscoe Beck is not a MM pu-ed bass Totally different monster. The Roscoe Beck models are possibly the most versatile passive instruments I've ever seen and/or played. Unfortunately, the 4's neck is too small, and the 5's too big, and they don't use a standard neck pocket. Alas, I won't be owning a Beck anytime soon.

Not very recently, because this has been my ultimate GAS since it came out:

They were at Bass Player Live, but I never got to play one because they didn't have any lefties, and I don't think they'd want some suck-ass 14 year old (there was like only like 2 other kids there on Saturday) playing around anyway.....

I had major G A S for a lefty SX LP blue P bass, but they are out of stock. So now I gotta wait till next month to see if Rondo gets more of them in. It's my own fault, I saw these on the bay forever and never jumped on them. Oh well, Live and Learn. The mods I had planned.

Nope! They're closing their New Jersey location and moving to New Hampshire. They're going to be switching to internet only operations.
