What gear are YOU using for practice at home??

portable: bass -> tonex iRig ->headphones
luxury at home silent: bass -> pedalboard -> interface -> computer ->headphones
luxury at home louder: bass -> pedalboard -> interface -> computer ->speakers

My practice headphones are Fostex TH900 MK2 and my speakers are Dynaudio LYD 48 with sub. It all sounds pretty great. I use the ARC Studio system to eq my room, and the ARC on ear system for my headphones.

I have a Katana Go headphone amp which is amazing for practice. It seems to be discontinued, so if I ever lost it, I would probably go with the Fender Mustang Micro Plus headphone amp instead. These headphone amps with Bluetooth connectivity to your phone or tablet just make all types of practice so simple.

Edit -- looks like the Katana Go was reissued in a v2 that is identical in functionality and sound quality. I'd definitely get another if mine was lost.

I plug into my computer and run an amp sim in there. That is because...
... I can't really practice at volume in my living situation
... I don't have a small bass amp
... I don't have space for an amp
... I almost always practice to backing tracks, drum grooves and such, and if I need a playback device anyway, I can use one machine to do it all and enjoy a good overall sound

If money were no object, I'd already have a Fender ACB tube amp.

I had a V1 Katana: Go, and sold it for a profit when they discontinued them. I missed it though, so I was excited when they came back - I bought one on sale last month for $90! It is indeed identical. I can practice anywhere. 99% of my practice is rehearsing cover tunes, and it's ideal for that. I stream my Apple Music to it and play along with a setlist of tunes I need to work. It's the best practice setup I've ever had.

DI out of the Mesa D800+ into channel 1 of mixer, USB-C out of phone in channel 2, out to Beyer DT770Pro headphones. Often have my first gen BackBeat hooked up to my strap also. Works incredibly well.

Only gripe is either the mixer isn't powerful enough or I have the wrong ohms headphones to use with the mixer but I can't really turn it up very loud before it starts to distort. Did the same with with my computer's DAW Presonus mixer. Does NOT happen until "causing damage to my ears" volume if I headphones directly into the Mesa but audio from my phone into Mesa using USB-C to TRS 1/4" doesn't sound super good compared to the mixer.

Wish I knew what I was doing to make it better lol. But what I have and use gets the job done.
I have a Yamaha AG06 and Beyer Dynamics DT 990.

Looking at your setup, I would GUESS that you need to unclick the GUITAR button on channel one. (Just a guess!) Then you can adjust Gain and Volume as needed. PM if needed.
