Just put a Rickenbacker truss cover on the headstock and call it a day. Be sure to post it on the Ric club thread with a note that you got it real cheap from a seller in China and you want to know if it's legit. Then pop some popcorn and enjoy the show!

Ok, I'm thinking one of three options:

1) nothing (it looks ok as is and calling it just Jaguar reflects its eclectic sources),

2) a stylized image of a jaguar about the same size and shape of the removed Squier logo and in the same gold tone or

3) a three-string tree, which helps the A string alignment, now that there is no logo for it to overlap and mess up.
