I have found in one band that I quit, if my stage monitor doesn't put out enough power and SPL I couldn't hear myself. I think they had sound issues anyway, though. But just sayin.' So, I like to have a rig that can pretty much stand alone, as much as possible, if needed. (Of course, I'm not going to carry anything that could fill a stadium. I mean there's a limit).

What is the best LIGHTWEIGHT amp?

With a Genz-Benz Shuttle 6.0 docked on a 12" speaker (sold as a combo) you'll have a 32-pound package that peaks at 375W and you will NEVER miss your 15. I changed over and I have never missed mine.
For even more sound, add a second 12T speaker or the 210 I show here....I can play outside in open squares with this and use only 1/3 of the master volume.
The combo Shuttle/12T is about 32 pounds, the 2x10 36 pounds. LIGHT and POWERFUL!

I tried that and definitely missed my 15. My Flite cab with the 15" 4 ohm Faital is just over 25 lbs and my GK MB200 rides in my bass' gig bag pocket.

Just purchased a GB Shuttle 6.0 and it sounds great with my Accugroove Tri112L. I can't believe how small and light weight it is. The Accugroove can be picked up with one hand. The GB Shuttle sounds extremely huge with the Tri112L and my older Accugroove Tri112.

I really want to lighten my speaker cabinet situation as well. I just had back surgery a little over two weeks ago. I love the sound of my Genz Benz Uber 410 , but I want to get a NEO 212. I called the music store that I deal with about trading my Uber for a NEO and he told me that most amplifier companies are discontinuing their NEO cabinets because China stopped the mining of Neodymium. I've heard this mentioned before here on Talkbass but I thought it may have been a rumor. I guess now is the time to act if you want to purchase a NEO cab!

Factual correction (or clarification) here... we are still producing Neo cabinets and have always maintained a good working supply of Neo components. We have been deeply involved in the technology since the beginning, and learned early how to manage the supply so that we can maintain Neo product production. Some other manufacturers have as well, but many found that the challenges were just too overwhelming to continue.

GK MB112 are light and great values.

There's really no best, but there are a lot of variations of great.
Markbass, Aguilar, Mesa, Ampeg, GK, and GB all make very nice micro rigs. Personally, I suggest picking up any head and matching it up with a NEO 2x12 of your choosing. You can have a rig worthy of any sized gig and have it weigh in at less than 60lbs.

I'm guessing that the OP isn't very sophisticated when it comes to sound, but he knows what he likes. Simple and light.
I think to replace the TNT, perhaps look at a Markbass 151P combo. Somewhat similar to what you have now in a smaller, lighter combo. (40lbs) It will also be louder than the TNT and very simple controls. Just plug it in, turn it on, leave it just about flat.....DONE!
Or..... Find a killer deal (at the moment) on a used Genz Benz 9.0 head and get a Genz Neo 1x12 box. It will probably have more lows and volume than the TNT. You might have to turn a few knobs to get close to the Peavey tone. The Genz combo 1x12 might also be about as loud as the TNT. Or... a GK Neo combo amp. Cheap and loud.

Thanks for correcting me on this. I was just going by what the music store that I deal with told me (two days ago). I won't mention the music store , but I'm pretty disappointed by the misinformation. At least now I don't feel rushed on having to trade my Uber 410 in for a NEO 212. What a relief!
I thought the whole China neo thing was over because of the threat of every other country in the world starting their own mines in retaliation.

Nope, it's not "over", but the whole quota limits and restructuring of supply restrictions has changed the game for those who were willing to (or have the willingness to research & learn) understand the whole situation. We have been diligent when it comes to understanding the way the process works and what went "wrong". It's complicated, but for the companies who were willing to go to school and had proper resources, Neo is anything but dead. In fact, it's still the way of the future for the higher end products IMO.
Basically, you have to wait for the supply chain to catch up. Drivers being manufactured right now are probably being made with Neodymium that was purchased at its peak price. That should be coming down soon, and quantity should be going up soon, as well.
I'd just like to thank agedhorse for monitoring threads that concern Genz Benz and correcting the misinformed and adding insight to all things Genz Benz. Truly of fine example of Genz Benz commitment and customer service! 
I have an Eden WTX 264 with the matching 10 inch speaker. They show up on the Bay every once in a while. I had a TNT years ago and I liked it. Peavey is one of those under rated brands that makes very workable gear for a great price.
That being said the TNT weighed twice as much as the Eden. And while it's been a while it's possible the Eden is louder. And this is just one choice out of maybe ten Baby Amps available. You don't need 15" speakers anymore.
It's a great time to play bass. You can buy a fear of God Eden D410xlt cab with a power house amp for a weeks pay. Or an amp that fits in a gig bag.
For a thrill go out to your local music store and ask them to let you carry an 70's SVT for a minute. It weighs as much as the Eden cab.
And the D410XLT is heavey weight now.
