What is this bass?

ive never seen one of these before. at first i thought it was one of those early ampeg EUBs, but then i realized it doesnt have a scroll or an upright style bridge. it looks like a lot of fun to play. any info you can spare would be helpful, i couldnt even find the name of the bass player.

No conclusion there, either, and the vids and pics are gone. I just can't take the haircuts long enough to watch the entire videos!

(continuing the zombie thread) Upon second viewing of the vids, that bass has to be tethered with a hidden strap.

... As for the bass, it was built for Milo by a now defunct Nashville-based company who took ideas and concepts from other brands and gave it their own interpretation. My dad can't remember the name of the company, but he owned a bass similar to this one, although the body was smaller. Those small companies were able to make their mark building for top industry players and the quality of the materials used rivaled anything done by the major competitors.

Yeah i have seen this pop up a few times, ampeg baby bass always gets a mention, but its always ruled as a mystery.
