What is your favorite bass strap?

I need to find the most comfortable strap for my new fender bass. My old strap Makes me feel like I worked out in the gym. Thanks

3 inch wide woven, my current is a Levi. Breathes a little, doesn’t bleed through colors after long hot sets and relatively cheap.

I like the Italian leather ones for show but they are rarely wide enough.

Ethos Leather straps are my favorite. They are expensive but are a lifetime strap.

Italia 4". They are a little pricey but do offer some sweet coupon deals after you buy the first one. They all soften up with a little use but my only complaint would be some arrive a little stiff.

If you don’t mind nylon straps, check out the ones that Guitar Works sells on amazon. They come in a large variety of patterns and colors and are very affordable. Made in America since 1978 too.

I have a Perris wide (3" maybe) soft leather from GC. Love it. Without trying every strap ever, I imagine any wide soft leather strap will do.

A neoprene one I picked up in the pawn shop for $4.
It's got tiny images of Saul Hudson on it, but hopefully no one notices.

The neoprene makes it kind of stretchy & bouncy.

All my basses have them. Wide, memory foam and neoprene.

Super comfortable.

Great company as well.

I use Italia, Levy and GruvGear. My favourite is the Levy 4” padded leather; the others are excellent straps but the Levy just works for me.

My most comfortable and slip resistant strap is a Walker & Williams, but I use the Souldier because I'm the type of idiot that's drawn to a strap embroidered with koi fish that sparkle a little bit under the lights.

I just posed this question in a regional forum with emphasis on affordable. Since I really don't think a four foot by 4 inch piece of leather is worth $80-$100. For me a bass strap really needs to be at least 3 1/2" wide or I'm going to be hurting. Yes, I am a GOF.
