Dunlop John Petrucci Signatures have been my go to since I grabbed them by accident instead of stiffo jazz III's.

Cor you lot like your picks skinny!

I use Dunlop Delrin 500s in 2.0mm.

I've tried various wooden, horn, stone or metal picks and I destroy them within an hour. Thinner Delrins are great for strumming a guitar, but for bass I prefer the solid feel of a non-flexible pick.
