Conflating Fender C neck profile with Fender C neck width.
"Neck Shapes Mid '60s "C"" refers to the neck profile, not to be confused with Fender A, B, and C neck widths (at the nut). The A, B , or C to the right of the mfg. date in the stamp on the neck heel refers to the nut width, not neck profile.
A Jazz Bass neck with 1-1/2" nut width is categorized by Fender as an A neck. This is one big clue why the heel stamp on the neck in question with the OP is fake. We can believe ours that it's obviously a 1-1/2" or A width J neck; however, the stamp indicates C width, obviously fake.
Considering the poor quality of photo image exposure provided, the fretboard material could be either pau ferro or Indian rosewood (with light stripiness, years poorly maintained, dried out).
