It is apparently a 1963 Jazz Bass but besides that hideous thing there are other issues:
Yah I guess that's not far off then but it still seems like a lot. I think you can get an unmolested legit 63 from America for several thousand less. I don't know the logistics of buying in Africa, but there must be a better option.
