What order should I run my effects in?

I'm running a Boss chromatic tuner, Tech 21 sansamp, MXR El Grande fuzz, and Boss chorus ensemble. What order should I put them in?

That sounds like the order I would use them in.

Do you use the sansamp as a preamp or as an overdrive? Some people put the tuner first, some put it last. I don't use a pedal tuner so I don't know. I would probably go tuner>fuzz>chorus>sansamp or tuner>fuzz>sansamp chorus depending on how you use the sansamp. Move em around a bit and see what works for you.

Considering tone shaping effects are "ususally" put last in the chain and Tuners first, I would do Tuner>Sansamp>Fuzz>Chorus

So I am in agreement with your sequence.

tuner > sansamp > fuzz > chorus
if using the sansamp as an overdrive

tuner > fuzz > chorus > sansamp
if using the sansamp as a preamp/di

But that's just my 'not there to try it myself' suggestion. deffinetely move the sansamp around, like the good Gambino suggested.
