I've used both the amPlug and my laptop. The amPlug gets in the way if I am sitting but it's fine when standing. That's really an issue of where the plug is on my bass, not the amPlug. Any headphones costing $50 or more should be fine for practice (but not for recording). Now that I have my GK 500 Fusion I just use it. I'm in Orlando currently and have my bass and the 500 Fusion. Cab is back in Nashville. Easy to travel with and I get the sound I use when performing. Probably similar to the GK MB 200 users sound, except with the tubes.

Thanks bro. No, no headphone jack on the REDDI ;) However, you can plug into a headphone amp with it and really high-end up your headphone amp.

I used the Raven Labs PHA-1 for years. Never used the eq and the headphone input was in the back. Small complaints.
The thing is built like a tank. Sold it and got a Cafe Walter. So simple, so clean. Excellent audio quality, all necessary inputs are
on the front panel. May be a little pricy but you get what you pay for.

I have the same thing, been sitting here for awhile, just got it back out to reset the pickups/tone on my instrument.. Was curious if the line in would work off the computer's sound card.. would be a better option for me rather than using my practice amp listening to the computer speakers..

Yes It will. It's how mine is wired. That said I'm back to using my computer as is and playing along with using my B15N.

3 Leaf Enabler. Most of the time it is on my board as a fantastic preamp, EQ , and DI but occasionally I'll pull it for late night/ early morning practice. It sounds amazing but will not run on batteries. I've been using a 1spot when I use the headphone amp but on my board it works fine with a current doubler cable and my Fuel Tank Jr.
