what strings for super short scale basses?

You mentioned you found extra short flats. Where? Which brand?

There are a handful. What instrument would you put them on? Magnetic or piezo pickup? length from ball end to nut?

Their site says the strings are made for 23.5” scale. The bass I’m trying to string is 25”. I wonder if these will work or not…

i mostly find rounds as that's what i play.

there are these

and i believe these are for a slightly longer scale

i have not a clue if these will work on a standard electric bass. since i use rounds on my 24.75" scale bass, i get my strings from newtone.
