What the hell is wrong with people?!?!?!?!

i had no idea alcoholic ginger beer existed. if we had that here in the states that would be fricken amazing.

yeah the world realy sucks sometimes. but i try to be optomistic and think about things that bring me joy like music, art, friendship and love. as long as we have stuff like that i think everything will be ok.

Is it just me, or is the whole freaking world losing their minds? Last night I saw on the news where a mother suffering from Post-Partum Depression killed her 11 month old daughter BY CUTTING HER ARMS OFF!!! ***??? I was watching a basketball game the other nite, and a hockey game broke out!!! That lady who killed all her kids wants out of jail now, and the woman who ran over her husband not once, but 3, THREE times, wants a new trial! WTFWTFWTF???

bet they weren't mellow minded bassplayers

If it wasn't for us, the world would have no soul.

a wee bit on the stereotypical side but meh,

Another thing to consider is not the just the closeness we now have with the world, but the density as well. Even if we had a global community with, say, 500 000 people spread all over the world, there simply wouldn't be a whole lot of news to report. Instead, make it the 6 billion-odd people we have and it makes it a lot easier to find disgusting or atrocious things to look at. Unfortunately, news IS based around bad things (suggested listen/read - "Invalid Link Removed" by Don Henley). If you're lucky, you may get one or two happy events in an hour of misery. Ain't that sweet. :hmm:

holywood had a few good tracks. antichrist was ok-ish. the best tracks on it were the ones rasputina covered (tourniquet and dried up blah blah blah). oh, and beautiful people.

they were no way his two best albums though!!111one
i'll stab you through the head if you disagree with me.

portrait was his best album, followed by mechanical animals and smells like children.

i liked the latest albums, but i would have liked them better if they weren't from manson, if you know what i mean.
ok music, very theatrical and performance orientated, but after hearing all his early work, it's such a let down.

his new image rocks, granted at the expense of the music :hmm: oh well, at least we got a few amazing albums out of the whole debacle.
You really liked Smells Like Children that much? I had that one towards the bottom of my list, along with Holywood. Mechanical Animals is in the middle of the back. Far and away my favorite was Antichrist Superstar, followed by Portait. And if you disagree, I'll see to it that you're doomed to discuss hair care techniques with Benjamin Strange for all eternity. :p
