What to do with burned speaker?

Hi to You all!

I'm sure I'm not first one to ask myself this question
So, recently I have burned a speaker in my cab, which is low value so it really doesn't make sense to repair it.

There is a prevailing sense of "don't throw it away, it can be repurposed / it will be useful someday in future" for ALL things, so as well to this broken speaker right now that is preventing me to just toss it in trash bin.

I'm just wondering, so please throw around some fun creative ideas what to do with a broken speaker?
It is a 15'' speaker with silver/black cone
Maybe some kind of art installation? I was thinking maybe turn it into a wall clock?
Magnet will probably end up as a toy for my 5-yo daughter, of perhaps as a fridge magnet for my wife

Yes, recycle. Luckily our township has an electronics recycling facility 5 minutes from home. That’s what I would do with it. It’s responsible but boring, so you could turn it on its back (magnet down) and use it as a candy dish in your music room/studio.

My first suggestion would be to recone it. It's surprisingly easy to do actually.

Tie a piece of rope on it and use the magnet to pick up nails and metals around your property.

If you have a local electronics repair place, or speaker repair service, donate it to them. It’s not a sure bet, but perhaps you could curry favor with them for any potential work they might do for you in the future. Keep that stuff out of landfills.

My first suggestion would be to recone it. It's surprisingly easy to do actually.

There are no correct parts available for those drivers. Using random parts results in a randomly underperforming driver.

It’s appears surprisingly easy to recone a driver, but it’s much more difficult to do a quality, factory correct job of it.

There’s a saying in the recone industry among the pros… if it’s worth reconing, it’s worth reconing properly.

A Black Widow holding your nuts? Sounds risky to me.

Edited to add a true story. Back in the late 1970s, I briefly associated with a lady who was known in the taverns on and around Pewaukee Lake as The Black Widow. It was fun for a while, but I am older and wiser now, and I would not do that again.
