What type of preamp?

Hey, I'm looking for an 18volt preamp with treble, parametric mids, bass, active-passive switch (preferably push-pull), seperate vol knobs for each p/u.

I'd love to have a fully parametric eq and have the high knob become a tone knob when in passive.

i know, tall order, but i was wondering if anyone knew where I could find something like that.

I currently use an EMG with all of the above requirements (not the optional stuff) with the exception of active/passive.

Look at the John East U-Retro (or J-Retro if you have a Jazz style plate). They cover most of what your looking at, The U-retro 5 knob delux has quite a number of options! Im not sure if its 18v tho, and it is volume/blend as opposed to dual volume.
I think it covers everything else you were looking at well
