What was number 1 on your Birthday?

Holy crap!! some of you guys are YOUNG!!!

I was thinking that too, but your songs tell me you're younger than me so I guess I've got more in common with the old farts than I thought. How come there's no "geezer" emoticon?!?! :eyebrow:

UK- You Really Got Me, The Kinks
US- The House of the Rising Sun, The Animals
Aus- I Should Have Known Better / If I Fell - The Beatles

They're all classics that seem likely to live on, so hopefully that bodes well for me! :D

....I really love Jeff's comment about his being "old", I almost fell out of my chair...

:spit:

US: I'm Leaving It Up To You - Dale & Grace
UK: She Loves You - The Beatles
AUS: Sugar Shack - Jimmy Gilmer & The Fireballs

Bet I'm in the top 5 that have posted so far for actually being "old"....

...NOW, GET OFF MY LAWN!!!!

rock on - michael damain?

who the hell is that?

A twit who made a limp wristed remake of an awesome David Essex song.

Holy crap!! some of you guys are YOUNG!!!

For me...

UK. Waterloo - Abba
USA. The Loco-Motion - Grand Funk
AU. Seasons In The Sun - Terry Jacks

Now... get off my lawn!!!

Hah! We were listening to Grand Funk's remake of Loco-Motion at our school dances. If you want to REEEEEEEEAAAALLLLLY feel old, check mine out. I'm so depressed right now.

UK: Are You Lonesome Tonight? - Elvis Presley
Aus: Milord - Edith Piaf
And, drum roll, please....The one that makes me feel like my life is now over....
US: Calcutta - Lawrence Welk
