What was your first bass guitar?

I don't have it any more, and don't have pics of it on my computer. But I found some pics online of the same model and color. Just looking at these brings back memories. Aria Pro II, XRB Series.

Gotta show the 80s headstock too. Careful, you'll poke yer eye out on that thing!

I came close to getting one.

I got my first bass in 1980, I had saved up all my money while I was working at Denny's restaurant and ordered one of the first Rickenbaker 4003 bass in Azureglo from High Country Music in Colorado Springs, I really miss that bass, when your young you don't think about things like that when you sell musical instruments and get other musical instruments, my 2nd bass was a 1980 Fender Precision that I ordered brand new from Colorado Springs Music, I remember the color of that bass was like Cambells cream of tomato soup color, beautiful bass, it was stolen in 1983 when I lived in San Dimas, California.
Are the 80s Precisions nice? There's a red with black pickguard and maple fingerboard for sale locally.

Jazz clone by JBP. In hopes I might get a new one, I started complaining about my "boring Xbox game". Dunno what I was thinking, my parents never operated like that. I was a dumb teen.

Anyway, the money from the Xbox purchase (and return) was earned helping out with the family business. I asked mon to help pay for half, and she did. This is the bass I started on.
