What was your major in College?

No college degree for me. I'm the "some college" guy.

I've thought about a degree online just to do it.

I joined the military at 18.

Wasted a ton of tax dollars on subsidized alcohol amongst other things which I'm not sure if I should ever publicly discuss.

Then learned a skilled trade, branched off into a part of it not many can or will do.

It's worked out pretty good for me.

Commercial Design and Illustration

(That was the technical name for the major. Basically Graphic Design and Marketing for Print and Web media)

Got me the job I have now. Started in charge of web design and development, and marketing. Now I've moved more in to technical sales and support.

Information Technology - WHich was nothing but a management degree with a general intro to telecom class.

Now I have no major and just take stuff that interests me.

I did study alot of the girl down the hall and corby's 5.00 a bottle rotgut.

I have a 2 year diploma from a tech school in electronics. Unfortunately electronics have changed so much with everything going surface mount the profession is dying. At the time I was hoping to use my skills in the oil and gas industry here in Louisiana but circumstances involving my health put a stop to that. In a few months me and my gf are moving to New Orleans where I will be a pursuing a mortuary science degree.
